Terms of service

The service

LobbyAI reads inbound guest messages from the platforms you connect, drafts replies with AI, and sends them on your behalf once you approve them (or automatically, when the confidence is high enough and you've opted in). We do our best to be accurate, but the AI can still make mistakes — the final responsibility for what gets sent to a guest rests with the host.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If your organisation has multiple operators, each should have their own login (seat management ships Sprint 5).

Acceptable use

• Don't use LobbyAI to spam, defraud, harass, or stalk anyone.
• Don't attempt to extract other tenants' data, reverse the AI's prompts, or probe the infrastructure.
• Don't use LobbyAI in jurisdictions where short-term rentals or AI-generated communication are unlawful without the required permits.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage is per-property; adding a property mid-cycle triggers a prorated charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Data and privacy

See our Privacy policy for specifics on data collection, retention, sub-processors, and your right to access or erase the data. A signed DPA is available on request for EU customers.

Disclaimers

LobbyAI is provided “as is”. We don't warrant that AI drafts will always be correct or appropriate for every situation. You agree to review auto-send outputs periodically and to take responsibility for the communication you send through the service.

Changes to these terms

We'll email active users at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
